Balancing Acts7:  Visual Art Series

As a result of a partnership with In-Definite Arts and Studio C, two dynamic visual art centers in Calgary, Balancing Acts is pleased to be able to significantly increase the presentation of visual art work in this year’s Festival. After receiving over 100 submissions, Balancing Acts is thrilled to present the work of over 50 visual artists in five different exhibits throughout downtown Calgary.

Seeing Ourselves:  Self-Portrait Silent Auction

You are invited to the BA7 Kickoff Celebration Gala! Join us for a chance to bid on an exclusive collection of self-portraits created by local artists with disabilities! All proceeds support Balancing Acts7 and help set the stage for next year's Festival. The silent auction takes place November 27 at Art Central from 6:00pm to 8:00pm, during the receptino and Balancing Acts Kickoff Announcement! This exclusive collection is also on display for a limited time at Art Gallery of Calgary from November 27 - November 30.
